About Me
Born in Aceh, Fadil began his personal journey of recovery in 2017 at the BNN Sukabumi Lido rehabilitation center. Following his successful completion of the in-patient program and aftercare in Cirebon, he dedicated his life to helping others overcome addiction. With a career in counseling that began in March 2018, Fadil combines his lived experience with professional expertise to provide compassionate and effective support. He is a steadfast advocate for those in recovery, committed to empowering them to achieve lasting freedom from addiction.
About Me
Delly is a professional in the field of substance addiction recovery since 2014. Born in Jakarta and raised in Pekanbaru, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Riau. Drawing from the lessons of his personal recovery journey, he has been clean from heroin misuse since 2004 and methamphetamine misuse since 2013, and currently dedicates his life to helping others.
His professional experience includes roles as a Program Manager and Senior Counselor at both government-owned and private rehabilitation centers. His expertise is recognized through various certifications, including a Certified Addiction Counselor Competency Pass, Certified Social Worker, Motivational Interviewing, UTC 5: Intake, Screening, Assessment, Treatment Planning and Documentation for Addiction Professionals, Rehabilitation Management for Clients in the Criminal Justice System, and Neuro-Psychology of Addiction.
About Me
Based in Bali, Fauzan is a dedicated addiction counselor with roots in Aceh. His profound understanding of addiction stems from his personal journey of recovery from marijuana and online gambling. Two years ago, he began his rehabilitation program at Satu Nusa, which he followed with an intensive on-the-job training program. Since then, Fauzan has become an integral part of our team, leveraging his lived experience and expertise to provide sincere and effective support to clients.
About Me
Aulia’s story is a powerful testament to the long and complex journey of recovery. His struggles with addiction and a subsequent prison sentence led him to his first rehabilitation program at BNN Lido Rehabilitation Center. After working in the field for several years, he experienced a severe relapse.
This low point became a turning point, leading him to seek help at Satu Nusa Recovery House. Having successfully completed the program, Aulia chose to stay on as a staff member. He now serves as a dedicated professional and a living example of recovery, using his journey to guide others toward a life of sobriety.
About Me
dr. Anak Agung Ngurah Bagus Adhitya Wirakusuma, SpKj is a licensed psychiatrist with a strong academic background from Udayana University. He earned his medical degree in 2014 and went on to complete their specialization in psychiatry at the same university in 2017. With a dedication to providing mental health care, dr. Anak Agung Ngurah Bagus Adhitya Wirakusuma, SpKj currently practices as a psychiatrist at Andamed Pharmacy and Buana Med Pharmacy in Bali.

Santi is a licensed psychologist with a strong background in both educational and clinical psychology. They earned a Master of Professional Psychology degree from Gadjah Mada University after completing their undergraduate studies at the Islamic University of Indonesia. With extensive experience working at various institutions, including psychological bureaus and foundations, provides comprehensive counseling and support. They are an active member of both the Indonesian Forensic Psychology Association and the Association of School Psychologists, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.

Firman brings an unique blend of personal experience and a powerful sense of purpose to the Satu Nusa team. After overcoming his own struggles with substance abuse and online gambling, a journey that led to a period of mental health issues, he found the motivation to reclaim his life. Now, as a vital member of our security and guest relations, he’s committed to create a safe and welcoming environment for all. Firman is a testament to the power of recovery and is grateful that Satu Nusa’s programs continue to support his personal well-being and strengthen his resolve.

Bololo has been an integral part of One Nusa’s animal-assisted therapy program since its inception. He not only provides comfort and a sense of calm to our clients but also builds a meaningful connection through playful interaction.
